LTM is not responding, console is inaccessible

Hi, Actually I have a two boxes of big-ip ltm box (viprion c2400), suddenly the secondary box is not responding at all, even console is inaccessible, I did restart multiple times, it is not respondin...

have you tried to re-seat a blade or move it to another slot?

    no, actually i removed it and returned it back to same slot, I will do change slot and let you know the result

    I moved it to another slot, but still inaccessible.
