License and provisioning

Good day, When logged into BigIP I see "VCMP Enabled, C2200" in the "License" --> "Summary" tab.   Yet I can't seem to be able to use or configure vCMP. I see this in "resource provisioning" --> "...

What you are seeing is confirmation that your device, a viprion 2200, is vcmp enabled. But you will still need to licence the device for vcmp. A viprion can also be used as an appliance with the benefit of being able to increase performance by adding blades.
