AltostratusiRule Editor - error when saving bigip.conf
We've just upgraded one of our LTMs to v11, but I'm getting an error when I try to save bigip.conf from the iRule Editor.
Here's the error (OCR on screenshot):
Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click
Continue. the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If
you click Quit. the application will close immediately.
Exception caught in
System::um:iControl:System/ConfigSync::upload_file()
Exception: Common::Operation Failed
primary_error_code : 16908289 (0x01020001)
secondary_error_code : 0
error_string : Error opening file for write operations.

- Hi Arie, I got your message but got funneled through to my hotmail email address which is tied to one of my test accounts and couldn't find a way to reply to you.
I believe the forum posting issues are addressed so you should be good there.
With regards to the bigip.conf saving, that's likely a permission issue with the account you are using within iControl. Are you using an Admin level account or just a guest? If it's a guest-level then odds are there are no write permissions. You can find out the type of account you have from the admin GUI "Users" section. I'm running with an "admin" account and it works fine.
If this persists, then you might want to open a ticket with product support.

I'm an admin on the box (with Advanced Shell).
