bit confusing, why don't you do a numbered list of what you want and refer to the units as LB1 and LB2. Also if the platform is Viprion and the F5s in question are vCMP then the offline behaviour will be different, so let us know the platform and software version also.

 

i.e.

 

  1. Initial State LB1 Active, LB2 Offline, both units in sync
  2. ...
