if you do iqdump for the self ip on a GTM locally,you'll get big3d version running on it. Check it on Good & Bad GTMs.Rule of thumb,It should match the code version on devices.

 

You can always remove big3d file on bad GTM and restart big3d service if the big3d versions doesnt match on good & bad GTMs.Do it after hours as you might face 2-5 seconds outage on doing it.Take the backup of wideip.conf (and or) UCS before you do anything as we can normalize the environment with just 1 file.

 

F5 support will walk you through how to do it all these things.Its a matter of getting 5 mins change window to fix the issue.
