F5 GTM ltm log error"unknown cgc sni"
I have a pair of BIG-IP i2600 here, used as GTM, software version 13.1.1.2.
Current backup machine ltm log alarm
err tmm1 [12245]: 01220001:3: TCL error: _cgc_pick_clientside<CLIENT DATA>- unknown cgc sni: x.x.x.x (line 49) invoiced from within "CGC:: sni $tls_server"
where x.x.x.x is F5's self ip. What is the reason, what information needs to be checked, and how to handle it?

I will also like to point out that your are currently running an unsupported version of code and you will need to upgrade the software before an engineer can assist you with the issue.

Hi, akonu
Thank you for your response.
We are currently considering capturing packets at the same time point as the logs in order to further analyze which source IPs are accessing F5's iquery 4353 port and whether they are non DSC members.
