Force Offline a node without Users getting logged out

I have a pool of webservers with service port 443. Is there a way to force a node offline from a pool and not have any connected users lose a connection? I am not using a persistent profile. I am using a load balancing method of Observed(member). I do not want to Disable, because it takes too long for the connections to disconnect.

      Faruk, do you get different results with a different load balancing method? I ask this because it is working better if I use round robin like you showed.
