F5 Bad page state in process

Hi

 

"Bad page state in process"

 

Anybody ever experience or know issue like this? F5 3400 v.10.2.4 we using is show this error on kern log.

Impact is

 

1. Console is not working

    

2. LED on Interface port is solid even we unplug UTP.

    

3. Can't process traffic and failover to peer

    

We try to reboot and it's seem fix. but it's happen again after 12 hour. So we want to know how to permanent fix this issue and doesn't want to use this problem box again before fixed it (It's will surely happen again if used).
