  • A good idea would be to open a ticket and ask support about the compatibility, and ask to have your case attached to any BZ ID that they may have for that support.

That said, you may be able to inspect the User-Agent header passed along by the client, and make a decision there.

  • I would just modify the user-agent using the spartan browser and be done with it :)

  • I got it working today finally.

If you have a working Win7 or Win 8 copy - go to your following path:

    C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository

and you'll find a folder with appropriate drives named something like : "covpn2~1.inf_amd64_f8386c498fa072a0"

Copy this folder across to Win 10, and use "Have my disk" function in updating driver (under Device manager) in Windows 10 to install this driver. Ignore all warning and that's it. Working smoothly so far !!!

This did not work for me. I see the F5 Networks VPN driver in the Device Manager, but it has a yellow triangle on it. Trying to connect to the VPN gives me: Status: Network Access Connection Device was not found.

You are right about DNS issue - I have the same issue but better than nothing until we have an official fix from F5. I haven't played around DNS yet though - might be a workaround it.

I've downloaded patch with .iso extension, size about 300mb. How it's supposed to be installed? I have no idea.

  • Thx for you reply, but for me it is not clear, what does Log in to the Configuration utility mean, what the Configuration utility?

This HF is to applied on the BigIP server. You need to get the support from BigIP/APM administrator to do the server patching.
