what is Console type for F5 3600 ? normal or null or what ? also for my F5 box , i can get no output on console , but if i rebooted it works fine & console start logging messages , then when box is up it continue working normally ???

The default setting for any F5 appliance is 19200 8-n-1, and emulates a VT100-capable terminal.

is this normal cisco switches console cable ?

Yes. The terminal access connection is a standard DB9, yes. Only the fail over connector would be proprietary I believe.
