Update, I am able to log in to OWA if I disable one of the nodes.

    Do you have the same cert configured for IIS on all of your CAS?

    I thought I had, but I must have missed it on one of them. It is now working with both servers enabled in the pool. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
