not visible in your screenshot, but did you assign a server-side SSL profile? That is required for your configuration to work.
Also, this is not related to your problem, but please don't use the default TCP profile. Read this for the reason: https://devcentral.f5.com/s/articles/stop-using-the-base-tcp-profile
