Configuration Utility Restarting

Recently I have faced Configuration Utility Restarting error on one of my devices. Issue was discontinued EM flooding logs and Error Message. Another issue was unnecessary certificates. I want to know what all aspects/process/services should be kept under constant vigil/monitoring to avoid such issue. Please report important services and process of F5 LTM.
