Citrix receiver IOS client on ipad

i have used f5.citrix_vdi.v2.0.0 to deploy citrix storefront for xenapp and xendesktop. My access policy is broken down by citrix receiver and Full browser. full browser work fine. but when i user citrix receiver client on IOS device it give me Access Gateway no responding.

 

has anyone run into this issue? if so what kinda fixes have applied.

    You need to turn up APM debug log and see what is happening when iOS client is trying to authenticate - where does it get stuck. You can also turn up VDI debug log via tmsh in addition to overall APM debug log:

     

    tmsh modify sys db log.vdi.level value debug tmsh modify sys db log.accesscontrol.level value debug

     

    Don't forget to set them both to notice after you're done debugging

    authentication is no issue
