NimbostratusCan not reset factory default F5
Hi all
when i run command : save sys config then get errors:
Unexpected error: Configuration cannot be saved unless mcpd is in the running phase.Save was canceled.See " show sys mcp " and "show sys service" .If "show sys service " indicates that mcpd is in the run state , but "show sys mco " is not in phase running ,issue the command "load sys config " to further diagnose the problem.
when i run command : load sys config then get errors :
0107100f:3: the Provisionning for module (em) is invalid or cannot be used on this platform.
when i run command : load sys config default then get errors : MCP must be in the running phase to reset the trust domain .Examine the output of tmsh show sys mcp-state for failures.
i save MCPd is running in status service.
pls help me . reset factory default it .

can you try to delete provision em in configuration file and then run tmsh load sys config again?
in v10, provision could be in /config/bigip_sys.conf
in v11, it could be in /config/bigip_base.conf

My F5 ( demo license LC and LTM) , when i update new license for it then F5 have reload ? the system network will operator normal in process update ?

thanks - nitassi understand activating license requires configuration to be reloaded which will of course interrupt traffic for a while.
