Can F5 11050 support 1GBit Eth copper?

Hi Aaron,

 

 

We tested cisco 1gigabit ethernet copper sfp module on 8900 sfp+ interfaces.

 

As a result we saw that it was not worked, this interface was not able to be "up" and it was down.

 

This module was be able to work accurately on 8900 sfp interfaces.

 

 

Can we use 1 giga ethernet utp connections on 11050 with another sfp module?

 

"BIG-IP SFP Copper Gigabit Ethernet Connector" can deal with this case?

 

Are you sure this module can make this job?
