big IP logs/services.
Servers used: IP1, IP2, IP3
We seem to be getting 500 and time out(request time out after 120 secs) errors when the requests are submitted using the big ip. And Below is what we noticed in the apache logs: [Mon Nov 11 22:01:19 2013] [error] FAILOVER_REQUIRED [line 488 of ap_proxy.cpp]: Service Unavailable
Is there anyway we can look at the big IP logs/services.

Have you tried to access the server without the BIG-IP inline? From the BIG-IP bash shell you can run the command 'bigtop' which will show you which virtual servers you are listening on and the data going to the servers themselves.
If you can give us some more detail regarding config of the BIG-IP then it may be easier to see where the issue lies. One thing to check is routing back to the BIG-IP device ie does the server have a route back to the client via the BIG-IP. If not, set Automap on the virtual server and see whether that fixes it.
