APM unable to delete Custom Image
Hi,
I have uploaded a custom image to APM.
Access Policy -> Customisation -> Quick start
However I am unable to delete this or replace this with another image.
I get the following error message. "File with the same name already exists: Refer manual for ore information"
If I change to advanced mode I the delete button will not work, and I get the same error message when trying to upload a new file.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Ian,
What version are you running? If you go to the "Image Browser" can you delete or add images there?

Thanks Seth,
The APM is running 11.5.3 Build 0.0163
When I use the image browser I am unable to delete the image it states that it is already in use. I am unable to use the image browser to upload a new image, as it states Image with same name already exists??? yet it is a different file. I have tried rename the new image to *.gif from JPG.
The above image has been modified in and resized using paint.
If a use an image that has not been modified, then I can upload this, and make this the primary image. now I get two images.
I am going from bad to worse.
I appreciate you trying to help.

I looked on my 11.5.3 machine and I couldn't replicate the issue. You might be best off opening a support case where we can get a qkview and look at your configs and see if we can replicate or suggest a fix for the issue you are having. I suggest also providing the images you are uploading as well so we can try to make it fail the same way you see it. Seth

Hi,
I had the same issue in 11.6.0 on my LAB VM.
I tried to replicate the issue on the same VM I had the issue before, but now I can delete images...the only change is an upgrade to HF5...
- same image
- same browser (Mac OS X Safari)
- images not assigned to a Access Policy
but it is not in the resolved issue of HF5.

Thanks,
What I have found so far, is that it appears that only Internet Explorer is support. with all other browser(s) the delete button would not get focus.
I did manage to delete the image by changing it to something else first but had to go in to the advanced options to do this.
The other issue was that I applied the image in two locations one on the logon page and the other on the One Time Password page, and I needed to change the image their. Once this was done I was able to delete the image.
Having said that I still think there is some sort of bug as I should have been able to upload another image. But I suspect this was related having the same image referenced twice, or it also appears that APM links the image name in the config file rather than replacing it.
I do appreciate your response.
