Add/Remove IP address in IP Intelligence through API on BIGIP

we are running version 17.1.0 on Big-IP LTM Appliance. We are implementing SOAR automation in our infrastructure. If SIEM tool alerts on suspicious activity or Attack from specific source IP address the automation tool has to add that reported IP addresses to the BIG-IP IP intelligence so that the traffic from that source will be blocked to access applications. 

We are following F5 Rest API document for configuring this action, However we could not able to achieve this action. If any of you implemented similar or same action through API do let me know.

Also how to add an IP address to IP intelligence via SSH.
