"A new browser component is required" looping
I have a windows 10 machine where the user is using the f5-Big-IP edge client and gets the message after AD authentication "A new browser component is required" the options are "install the new browser component and continue" and " continue, but do not install the new browser component" both options fail and the user does not get "network access". The Big IP APM is running 12.1.2.
Has anyone run into this issue or have any ideas of what could be causing this? We are trying to connect with the BIG-IP edge client and not the browser so not sure why we are getting this message when launching the client.

Hello, first the user will need local admin rights to install components. What browser are they using? Most likely the problem is that the browser no longer supports plugins:

If this is the case I would recommend upgrading to version 13 where APM started using Helper Apps instead of browser plugins:

We also experience this issue in a big banking company.
About 300 users daily report the issue. And we have APM version 13.
Please do you have a mass-solution to definitely fix the issue without giving admin rights to users which is not a solution in a environnement with more than 50000 assets.
