I have a windows 10 machine where the user is using the f5-Big-IP edge client and gets the message after AD authentication "A new browser component is required" the options are "install the new bro...

Hello, first the user will need local admin rights to install components. What browser are they using? Most likely the problem is that the browser no longer supports plugins:

If this is the case I would recommend upgrading to version 13 where APM started using Helper Apps instead of browser plugins:
