Edge Client Error- "A certificate is required to complete client authentication"

Question

We use the Edge Client with client certificate authentication for our VPN users, since we have upgraded to APM Client version 7242 some of our users are getting an error message- "A certificate is required to complete client authentication".

The users have a certificate on their device and this has been working as expected up to this point.

Has anyone else seen this happening?

No I have not solved it. Some of our users are still getting this error occasionally, although the VPN normally connects anyway, I'm thinking maybe the Edge Client is trying to start the VPN while some logon processes are still running and the cert is not yet available
