VM base key to physical i2800 model

Hello All,

 

We have a APM unit i2800 model was out of licence 2y back .

my managemt has provided the registaionkey/licences for 45 days for VM.

 

My question :

 

Shall we apply VM registauion key to physical unit i2800. will i get the new licences dates ?
