VIP movement from one prod LTM pair to another prod LTM pair with same IP

Hi team,

I have to move VIP from one pair to another pair and both are in production. Inorder to avoid the Ip conflict issues under the change window, should I also disable arp and icmp echo under virtual address? or simple Virtual disabled would be suffice?

I guess virtual disabled will still advertise arp and this may cause ip conflict if I enable the VIP on another load balancer.
