I am missing something very simple, I think. I am looking to have my GTM listener for DNS requests take in a request for an A record and response with one of two possible IPs based on a health check...

Do you enable BIND in the attached DNS profile to the used listner ?
Show us what appears to you and the wide/pool configs if this available ?
