I needed to spin up a lab environment for an LTM migration. When I visited https://www.f5.com/trials, it appears that F5 has reduced the time duration on their eval VE licenses (BIG-IP and BIG-IQ) from 90 days to 30 days. I think this was a recent decision by the company.
I personally use one of the $100 lab licenses for my testing, so I don't know what the length used to be, but reach out to your VAR or your F5 SE and they can help you extend your licenses if you need more time to test.
