F5 BigIP management console using SSL and/or TLS V1.0

Does the F5 BigIP management console allow browsers using SSL and/or TLS V1.0 to connect? PCI requirement 2.3 has been changed in the most recent version to not support these insecure protocols. I know that virtual servers can be configured to not allow them but how about the management console?
