F5 APM Rule evaluation failed with error

Hi All,

 

We have an existing APM Policy wherein it checks the IP Address of the User using the IP Subnet Match rule. We added a new policy and we already checked that the IP Address of the user is correct. However, when accessing the VS, we are getting an error that the session is denied by the access policy.

 

when we checked the session, this is what we got. (See screenshot attached)

 

this is unusual since the policy is satisfied (IP Subnet Match). anyone encountered this or has a solution to this?

 

thank you very much. Also, i cant find any related article with the same logs. Cant create also a support case as the MA expired just recently
