This message is diplayed when there's a failure in antivirus software detection on the client computer.
So first, check the availability of antivirus on client computer.
I have windows defender available in computer.
I can get full scan with computer, Update the protection updates also.
But still the issue occurs.
are you an end user or the F5 admin?
if an F5 admin, check what the APM settings are, are all anti-viruses allowed and which version of opswat is used.
