Error Code 9002: Antivirus software check failed

In network endpoint inspector, throws error: Error Code 9002: Antivirus software check failed how to fix these issue?

Hi vignest,

 

This message is diplayed when there's a failure in antivirus software detection on the client computer.

So first, check the availability of antivirus on client computer.
