Convert from Chunked HTTP v1.1 to HTTP v1.0

I have a problem which requires me to convert a chunked HTTP v1.1 request received by an f5 LTM to an unchunked HTTP v1.0 request and forward it onto another f5 LTM. I need to receive an unchunked HTTP v1.0 request on the 2nd f5 LTM so I can search the payload and perform transformations.

I was hoping I could do it with some sort of profile setting but I haven't found one yet. I did also see some articles from 2017 that indicated that if you apply caching to an HTTP virtual server that it automatically converts from HTTP v1.1 to HTTP v1.0 before forwarding on server side. This doesn't appear to be the case in Big-IP v13.0.0 that I am using.
