MVPcan I using adobe flash player after 12/31 ?

With respect to Microsoft's browser support for Flash Player, I found this article on their blog: Update on Adobe Flash Player End of Support. Although I cannot and do not speak on Microsoft's behalf, I think you will find the guidance you are looking for in that article.
