We have about 15 portal access resources configured in an APM access profile. Four of these portal access resources have suddenly stopped working. When the end users click on the resource a new tab opens and "Connection reset" error is appearing for all four portal access resources, which are not working.
These four applications are working fine directly without APM.
i recall an issue years ago, but that was for all portal access resources, for reference which TMOS version are you running?
is there something specific about these four? (different) SSO, changed IP recently, firewall in between, ...?
if you do a curl https://.... from big-ip itself are you able to reach them?
It was a firewall connectivity issue.
