MVPi recall an issue years ago, but that was for all portal access resources, for reference which TMOS version are you running?
is there something specific about these four? (different) SSO, changed IP recently, firewall in between, ...?
if you do a curl https://.... from big-ip itself are you able to reach them?
iRuleIt was a firewall connectivity issue.
