APM :: Async Error :: Session deleted due to user inactivity

Anybody run into this error before?

Been chasing "Session deleted due to user inactivity" when the user swears that it disconnects in the middle of their session while they are actively working. Saw this in the informational logs and wondered if it was related...

    Have you been able to track this down? I am recieving the same error "An exception is thrown: AsyncError:1: SuppliedUnexpectedAny" from a linux RDP client.

    Negative. We moved them from RDP to VDI to get away from the problem. Never figured out what the problem was and F5 support had no idea either.

    This appears to be related to non Windows RDP clients, getting this from users on iOS devices.
