If you purchage ASM feature in exiting F5 Software then add key under ADD-ON key. Add-on key length will be 14digits[i.e AAAAAAA-BBBBBBB]

 

I will suggest to avoid activating any license in prod hours. As it will start unix deamons. Follow the instructions per F5 recommended doc.
