About health check to CNAME target in GTM

I'm currently trying out BIGIP GTM function(OS version 12.1.2) and I got few questions.

1. Is it possible to add a monitor to a CNAME pool? I tried but there's no such options.
2. Is it possible to view & export all query logs(including NOERROR, NXDOMAIN, REFUSED & SERVFAIL etc.) somewhere?
