Wildcard preference over VIP

I have a vlan 25 on LTM . this is a public range and both VS and real server belong to same vlan and its Lb on stick . now on same LTM , i have another setup where in vlan 24 is front end vlan connected to firewall and vlan 34 is backednd vlan .both vlans have self IPs and floating IPs defined on LTM . i have forwarding VS for on vlan 24 which sends everything to vlan 34 and wildcard on vlan 34 which sends everthing to firewall vip in vlan 24 .

 

Now if any host on vlan 34 initiates a connection towards any VIP in vlan 24 , the traffic going to firewall and wildcard is taking preference . is it normal .
