Wildcard preference over VIP

I have a vlan 25 on LTM . this is a public range and both VS and real server belong to same vlan and its Lb on stick . now on same LTM , i have another setup where in vlan 24 is front end vlan conne...

Most specific VIP is preferred over wildcard VIP on the same VLAN. Your description about topology and setup isn't clear. Can you describe bit further.
