Hello,
This could be many issues. One common is that the F5 system is not able to assign an IP address from the lease pool because the pool is empty, all IP addresses are already assigned.
One another is that, The network access resource is not assigned to the session after successful authentication.
Can you share apm logs from the faulty session ?
