What's the state of the iControl Java Wrappers project?

I've been reading the articles about iControl for Java and I see that the Java Wrappers project seems to suit our needs well. I've been looking for download the latest release of that project (is it called iControl Wrappers?) but can't find it anywhere. I did find the iControl Java binary here https://devcentral.f5.com/d/icontrol-library-for-java but as far as I understand, that's not the Java Wrappers project. From some old articles, I did manage to find something related to Java Wrappers here https://devcentral.f5.com/labs/Java/ but that dates way back to 2008. Is that Java Wrappers project still active and recommended (as stated here https://devcentral.f5.com/articles/tech-tip-icontrol-options-for-the-java-programming-language)? If yes, where I can download its artifacts?
