What is mean??? Virtual Servers - Statistics - Miscellaneous/TCP RST Outside Window

Hi

 

My customer test some virtual server....

 

But, I got Connection Refuse sometimes and delay 20sec...

 

I found the change some statistic "TCP RST Outside Window".

 

It is more than any other vs's statistics.

 

What is mean?!

 

I try to find "help" and AskF5, But cannot find any information.

 

Plz help me.
