WebSite Problem when trying to get a free 90 Days Big-IP LTM trial license

When trying to get the 90 Day Big-IP LTM trial license, we need to enter the challenge key.
The challenge key is at least 6 characters, put the imput field is only limited to 3 characters. Since the challenge key can not be entered, it is not possible to generate the free license key.
Could you please increase this imput field number of characters?

sathya_narayanait was a jQuery problem with there website jQuery is not loading, enable the button manually using developers tools on chrome

Geordie12311Can someone explain how you enable the button using developers tools on chrome? I get the same issue when trying to register for a trial licence. the button is greyed out even after I put in the 3 characters in black

Hi Geordie12311,
Right-click on the button element on the page and select Inspect to jump into the Elements panel. Or press Command+Option+C (Mac) or Control+Shift+C (Windows, Linux, Chrome OS).
