Virtual server with spdy enabled doesn't work

Please use v11.6.0 latest hotfix. Latest Chrome and Firefox no longer seem to support SPDY/3. This means that any requests via these latest browsers though LTM version less 11.6.0 will not be able to implement SPDY profile

v11.6.0 has available option for spdy 3.1
