I have virtual server with SDPY profile enabled and it does not work. When I remove SPDY profile, everything is ok, as soon as I put it back, web site stops working. The same is happening with HTTP/2...

Typically, SPDY and HTTP/2 expect to be on port 443 by default. You'll also need a clientssl profile attached.
Note that most browsers have dropped support for SPDY 2 and 3. You'll need to configure SPDY 3.1 for it to work.
HTTP/2 has similar issues. The HTTP/2 profile is experimental, and corresponds to a RFC draft version. You'll need a client with the same draft version to be compatible.
