AltostratusURGENT TOPOLOGY SETUP
Hello,
We have got a set up for topology GTM setup.
The set up is as follows. We have created a WideIP named x.global.com which has got 5 pool members. Now these 5 pool members have got
Order Pool Name Virtual Servers 0 x-hk.pool 1 1 x-us.pool 2 2 x-uk.pool 2 3 x-sgp.pool 2
4 x-tky.pool 1
Now when the x-us.pool (order 1 is down). How can I check if the traffic is getting redirected to other pool member. (through CLI or GUI). If it is not being directed what are the troubleshooting steps
Region United States -> x-us_pool -> weight 500
Region United States -> x-uk_pool -> weight 400
Now users from the united states should move to uk pool. But it is not happening as desired. Kindly share the necessary trouble shooting steps.

You can clear the stats on the pool to see if traffic is being sent to the right pool. You can also use nslookup/dig to confirm if the DNS response is pointing to the right services from the right pool.
