Upgrade OS wonder about re-active license

Hi guys

I have plan upgrade os f5

BIG-IP i2800 (C117) to os  14.1.2.1  (09/23/2019 14.1.2.1 Release), but i wonder about re-active license when upgrade . the information of Licensed Date Nov 20 2018 and Service Check Date Nov 20 2018 , if i do it then i have facing issue re-active license ?
