Upgrade from 9.4 to 10

  We just received some model 1600 BigIP with 9.4 code on them.   I added the latest hotfix for 9.4 and thought I was ready to go but then I see the latest and greatest code is now version 10. ...

If you get a serial cable connection direct to the unit, what output do you get from the console when the unit boots? Do you get into the CLI prompt or does the device not boot this far? How far does it boot?

 

 

Sounds like you may need to reinstall the software again using the USB or PXE (network boot) method to get things going again. But check the console first!
