Upgrade from 9.1.2 to 9.4.8

Hello,     We are running 9.1.2 and we would like to know if there are any reasons to not upgrading to the version 9.4.8. Is there a roadmap of upgrades from 9.1.2 to 9.4.8?     ...

After I get to 9.4.5, Can I make the Jump to 10?
