UNABLE TO UPLOAD MY QKVIEW DOWNLOAD

Hi,

 

Please anytime i try to upload my QKview on my I usually get this error message " Invalid file name "case_number__support_file (4).qkview". Valid names can contain letters, numbers and the following characters: _-()[]."

 

Please what is the causes of this problem and the solution to it. I need to urgently get my iHealth report from my Big-IP device
